Very casual, the interviewer only asked questions about me instead of what I knew about the company and my experience of acting calm or helping someone. The store was smaller, so I was directed to wait in the break room as they didn't have a customer service desk.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
