The interview was nice and relaxed, quite casual. The interviewer generally just asked questions about customer service, how you would deal with difficuly scenarios etc etc. Nothing too difficult and about what you would expect

Can you give me an example of when you worked within a team to achieve something
Virtual interview. Basically emails and application followed by a proper interview. They were interested in why you want to join the team and the company and what you can offer etc.
