Lengthy and boring. Made me do a shift of work without pay and gave me little instructions. Didn't end up hiring me even though I was perfectly good for the role.

The interview was with one individual and thus it was a more chilled environment than other interviews. It also consisted of only one stage rather than multiple interviews with different individuals across the shop.
