Applied online via Tesco career website. 2 days later was contacted via email first with the telephone interview a day later. Had a face-to-face interview a week after I applied online. The interview lasted an hour. Got a phone call the following day with the job offer.

Easy going, very practical. I got 4 interviews with different managers and everything was really good. The first one was with HR officer (headhunter), the second one with the Finance Manager, the third one with the full Finance Team and the last one with HR and the Finance Manager. The process took around 3 weeks.

El entrevistador era cordial pero claramente la oferta no coincidía con lo que se esperaba de la posición. Se pretende gestionar equipos y proyectos con el mínimo personal estirando recursos. No encaja en mi filosofía a largo plazo.
