Applied online, received an email for an in person (solo) interview. Relaxed interview, had to answer some STAR type questions. Had the opportunity to ask questions, such as availability for overtime and further development as a colleague.

A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.

face to face, and in the store where the manager was very kind and respectful towards me and i had a fantastic experience speaking with her about my experience and knowledge about the job
Stood at till packing bags interacting with customers while interviewer wandered off. Then was contacted to say I didn’t get the job. Wasn’t great and didn’t get a good vibe
