They call to schedule a Group interview, with about 10-20 people after taking an online test which tested common sense, customer service skills and health and safety awareness. The interview is pleasant, and include basic questions.

Incredibly respectful, open, transparent, direct, and challenging too. Manager was polite, on time and prepared for the interview. It happened during a difficult time (amid lockdown) and all my questions and concerns were answered and accommodated. I received an offer on the same day, so it is currently ranking as my top interview of all time.

A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.
