It was brief. They asked if I could read construction drawings and plans. They asked if I had a degree from college. They asked if I could work long hours. I needed money so I said yes. They asked if I had a avalid drivers license and any past speeding tickets or traffic violations. It was an easy interview since I didn't have a degree. They knew I would take little pay to sign up
