2 steps with recruiter...then manager. questions were very easy.. they are looking for aggressive people! If you cannot be aggressive...don't apply! If you do not have thick skin...do not apply!

I had a shorter interview process due to my previous experience. I was able to start very shortly after the interview and assessment portion of the hiring process. The assessment must be done before the face to face interview is offered.
