There were several informational meetings followed by 5 interviews. The process was very organized and I was well-informed throughout. It was a good interview experience overall. The culture of the team and extended team were apparent in the interview process.

Started off with a great positive experience through the interview process with the hiring manager as well as the Vice President for the function and a global peer. I was really excited about the role and the culture. Final interview was with the Regional VP who started the interview asking me how old my kids were. I thought this was a strange question but I answered that my kids were older and had left home. She then made a comment that I would be ready for retirement and then proceeded to tell me how her objective was to increase the number of females in leadership positions (BTW I'm male) and how she wanted to reduce the overall age of the population.
