you will be told that the recruiter who calls you will be the one who sets your pay, not the manager. but i have heard otherwise so push for what you believe to be paid.
drug screen all their employees and if i remember correctly also finger printed (they pay for all this)
they offer 2 sets of scrubs free every year
benefits are ok
