Submitted online application and contacted by internal recruiter for initial phone screen. The recruiter could not clearly articulate the basics of the job, nor could she easily describe the target client base for the position. It also took too long to figure out that this was an inside sales job, which was not apparent in the job description. Company needs a more tenured recruiter in place.

The interview process is very straight forward. Are you driven and can you sell? Also, a college degree really helps. Be prepared to answer questions from multiple managers.
