4 stages including several inbox exercises and a multimedia test. The assessment day consisted of a 90minute group exercise, a 5 minute presentation, and 40 minutes of 1-1 interviewing and a writing test.

There were several stages to the application process. The first few were all take home tasks, and the final stage was an assessment centre, attended by 40 people with 4 being offered permanent positions. The assessment centre consisted of a group interview, individual interview, group task and in-tray exercise. On the whole, everyone I met was really lovely and helpful and I received good feedback on my performance when I didn't get the role.
