I was a bit annoyed by the Teneo interview process. I applied online through Handshake and had networked with a couple of alumni, so expected to get an interview.
Received the interview with a very warm and professional person. However, post the interview, Teneo did the typical ghosting on steroids.
We were told Teneo is expanding to Australia or whatever and hence the decisions will be delayed.
I tried reaching out a couple of times with no response.
6 weeks later got a generic rejection email with the phrase that pls don't ask for feedback since we are busy and lots of people applied.
I'm almost fine with that but was annoyed to see the super delay they did in the process.

Pregunta 1
All Basic Behavioral questions such as Tell me about yourself, Why Teneo, why Management Consulting, etc.
Interview process consisted of three stages including a first stage with an Online assessment followed by a Video Interview. The second stage is 2 Interviews, The third stage is 2 case interviews.
the interview went ok I only did the video question part, still waiting for result. They gave unlimited time to prepare for the questions but 2-3mins to answer once recording start.

Initial Behavioural Interview followed by 2 Case studies by Senior Staff. Cases were interesting and intellectually stimulating without being too challenging. Very professional team who gave good feedback on the application process too.
