The process is very long. I had been interviewed 5 rounds. And first 4 rounds are the technical interview, asked me 3 algorithm questions, and write the code on the paper. They value the way you are thinking and the way you are solving the problem. The last round interviewed by HR. They will talk about the salary.

this is simple process:
1.technical interview with some basic knowledge and some algorithm test, please be prepared on C++ language and better you have your experience mainly on this.
2.manager interview on some personal questions
3.HR interview on benefits and contract issue
