The manager and sales manager sat in a room with me and basically talked AT me about themselves and how great the company was, I had to fill out a completely irrelevant quiz and that was it. I got a call back the next day to offer me the position. There were a couple of ‘star questions’ that you’d expect at an interview but nothing out of the ordinary or inspired
