Entrevista
The overall experience was very good and efficient.
1). I applied online, the online application requires the general information i.e. personal details and CV upload.
2). About 2 weeks later, I received an email saying that I've progressed onto the next stage which was a video interview. For this I advise to plan well in advance, research the company, have a genuine interest in Ten10 and technology and look at case studies.
3). Following the completion of the video interview, about 1 week later, I received an email saying that I've progressed to the next stage, which is a skype/telephone call from one of the HR managers. Do not be afraid, they are really friendly and try to relax and have questions for them.
By this stage you should already be confident that you've made it through to the last stage, which is the assessment day.
4). After completing my skype/telephone call, I was invited to the assessment day which was at the Leeds office. This day was broken down into 3 parts. My advice: make the most out of the day, show them why you're the best person for the role. Do not compete, collaborate and show your people skills.
Assessment Day Break Down:
- Morning: Aptitude Tests or Interviews
- Lunch: Free
- Afternoon: Ice breakers/games
- Evening: Aptitude Tests or Interviews

Entrevista
CV and cover letter. Informal telephone interview, with only one or two questions. Logic and maths test: questions start very easy but get progressively harder, so don't waste time on the early ones. Final interview: first a two truths one lie ice breaker with other interviewees, which you are marked on, then a 30 minute individual interview.

Scenario based question about meeting deadline. Specifically: 4 weeks into a project you halfway through, then 4 weeks later you are still only halfway through, with only 4 weeks left. What do you do?

Entrevista
Wasn't hard, just a regular phone call with HR, followed by easy technical assessments, then a final assessment centre. One suggestion to them is that they should notify all applicants that they give out offers as they do each assessment centre, so you could perform well but still be unlucky if the cohort ends up being full.

Pregunta 1
One of the teams working on a product for a client runs into an unexpected issue. The time it would take for the team to fix the issue would delay the delivery of the product past the deadline. What would you do to resolve the situation? (give multiple answers and try to cover everything)
The first stages were a basic skills assessment and a video interview, then there was a skills assessment day where we met the other candidates and the wellbeing team. Overall a good experience and they help you along the way.
