1. Recruiter screen
2. CTO screen
3. Interview with your future EM + PM
4. Technical interview (live coding)
5. "Bar raiser" interview with a C-level
Rounds 2, 3 and 5 include behavioral-type questions, with plenty of room to ask your own as well. The live coding round was straightforward. No weird hacker rank or DSA stuff, you can use your own IDE (great). They don't look for a perfect working solution but mostly just how you approach the problem.
Every single person in the process was very personable, well prepared for interviews, had custom & thought-provoking questions. Throughout the whole process I felt very at ease, and felt comfortable to be open and really myself. Temper really takes hiring as a craft and it is in my opinion a great sign about their culture.
