Onsite-interview roughly an hour. Met with co-founder, was asked typical interview questions then a portfolio review. I was told I would be moving onto the next round which included a design challenge. Design challenge consisted of redesigning two of their product screens including producing mobile versions which are unethical for a company to ask. The job posting was active for 4 weeks and still no candidate and recently reposted again. I wonder how much free work the company has managed to weasel out of designers with their "design exercise". How many aspects of candidates design solutions has the company implemented or plan without permission or any sort of remuneration to the candidates looking for jobs!! Do waste your time here!!
