John is one of the nicest and professional recruiter i have experience working with. Very prompt and very detail oriented. Explained what is expected during the interview process and provided feedback immediately after the interview Guy who conducted interview was nice and explained problem during phone screening effectively. Though I don't necessarily agree with the way/process they screen candidates during technical phone, but hey its their process and may be its working for them so no complain here
