A bit complicated but it's still ok. The recently introduced AI interview makes the entire process discouraging. But I must admit the recruiters are quite friendly and professional. However I wish the AI interview process should be made away with.

Easy just answer a few questions and pass the assessment and typing test (25 wpm) easy job just your supervisors are in another country difficult to get ahold of them
