First interview the president was supposed to meet with me but was not there. Instead I met with two employees who had no idea I was going to be there, had no idea what I was interviewing for and had not seen my resume. Second interview was with the president and he asked me for a success plan on how I would be successful in the position I was being considered for. Final interview he briefly reviewed my presentation and offered me a job.
