I applied online, got an interview. Upon arrival, i had to do a personality, psychometric and intelligence test on a computer software. Afterwards i had the interview with the HR representative just about basic things (background, motivation, strengths, weaknesses, skills) and they also told me about the job characteristics and benefits. Afterwards, since the managers had an opening, i had a group interview with three managers of different areas, where i also had to take a technical test (1 page) and then another interview about some basic things again and more about my motivation and experience in telecommunications industry. They called me in the afternoon to offer me the job and to schedule an appointment for the rest of the process.
