I applied on a Friday and was reached out to within a few hours. I had a phone screen the following Monday. Ian gave a great summary of the company and we went over my background, and just had a conversation about what I wanted. After the phone screen they set up an in person interview for the day after (Tuesday). They took their time with the interview and wanted it to be a good fit for me just as much for them. I was set up with a phone call with the recruiting lead two days after this (Thursday) and Friday one week after I applied they offered me the position and I started the following Monday. It was a great experience, especially after going through many interviews with other companies and not receiving follow up from some or waiting weeks for the second steps.
