The company had an almost anonymous ad in the newspaper, called the number and scheduled the interview. which was nothing but " Please fill the below form and answer the questions" then nothing except "thanks we will call you" , No true face to face interview, no inquiry about the past experiences, major disappointment. that was back in 2008, I wish they developed a better process now specially that they have a modest website showing what this company is doing
