My interview experience with Techo-Bloc was not as positive as I had hoped. The process felt somewhat unstructured. The HR representative reached out via phone without prior notice and later used my personal cell number to arrange the interview through text messages. While I understand the need for flexibility, this approach felt a bit informal and unexpected. The interview with the hiring manager was disappointing. They appeared unprepared, and the questions asked lacked structure and depth. In particular, one question about resolving a company issue was presented with no context or background, making it difficult to provide a meaningful response. This raised concerns about the hiring manager’s familiarity with both the role and effective interview practices. Overall, the experience made me doubt the company's internal culture and professionalism. I hope Techo-Bloc considers this feedback as an opportunity to improve the candidate experience moving forward.
