I would strongly recommend that you avoid this organization. While I have not yet worked for them, based on my interview experience, I am deeply disappointed with their ethics. It appears that they are not valuing candidates' time and have treated the interview process as nothing more than a time pass activity. They put me through four rounds of interviews: an entrance aptitude test, two technical rounds, and one coding task round. Although I may have some knowledge gaps, I successfully cleared all these rounds, including the final coding task. However, in the end, they informed me that "currently, that opening is on hold." Later, they even claimed that I hadn't cleared the final coding round. What's most frustrating is that they have not been responsive or provided any feedback throughout this process. This entire experience has been a waste of my time and has dashed my hopes. I don't intend any disrespect to the organization, but they really need to review their practices. They should consider candidates' time, be more transparent, and at the very least, respond to them.
