I had an AI interview which was interesting and weird but not in a bad way. You talk to it like you would a person. The ai asked questions based on your answers which was interesting. Then I had a call with the recruiter and then completed a 10 question assessment. I was moving on to the next round when they told me they are pausing hiring for that position. It did take time to do this assessment. Frustrating to wait a few weeks to get here and then have it just stop. Mostly okay experience.
