You will get a call & email for the interview schedule. Have to give lot many personal details in their form. Some people may find this uncomfortable in case you are not selected. First there will be a Technical round most probably conducted by Group leader and in rare cases HOD( if group leader is busy/not available). If you do not satisfy minimum criteria you will be sent home directly. But in case they find you eligible you will be up for HR round. No brain-storming question asked here. Simple HR questions: hobbies, why leaving current company etc. After a sesson of just five minutes the HR jumps on expected salary. Whatever the case, they will let you know next day whether you are selected or not.
