1st round will be HR round. In this round HR will call you and ask some question about job profile and CTC and expected CTC, she will give a brief introduction about their organization. (there are less then 25 employees, but she will tell you about 45) if all goes well then she will shedule an meeting with technical person (face to face)
2nd round : a technical person will ask some questions like are you able to do bla bla blaa.
3rd round : he will then ask you to make html with responsive css, he will give you a website mockup file (it took my 6 hours to make html + responsive). After you done with websit html you will be asked to go and wait for call.
They will never call you back once done the html and responsive,
I had to call them to know the status (as I had wasted my 6 hours in test)
they the HR will tell you that your expected salary is too much, we can give you that. ( though I told her my expected salary in very first round and she replied "That is fine for us")
I called her back and asked to send me the files that I made in 6 hours, then she will schedule an interview again with the same technical person.
This time the technical person will ask you totally different questions like PHP, JAVA and .net, database and SQL.
they are just getting their work done by taking practical test from interviewee, they will just try to fail you anyhow once you give the practical test.
