First interview with a single interviewer, the second was with a team of 3. Worked through coding exercises covering various topics related to their work. Interviewees were supportive, but their online tool was slow, and had a limited IDE.

There were 2 technical stages: 1-on-1 followed by 3-on-1. Both stages involved simple subject area questions followed by online coding tests. The second interview had more difficult and involved coding problems.

Entrevista
I applied to Techcyte via LinkedIn. They reached out the next day and an initial interview was scheduled. The interview was a live coding exercise with some exploratory questions for myself and opportunities to ask about the position and the company. After that, a panel-style interview was scheduled the next week with more of the same. All of the engineers I talked to were very friendly and really seemed to love their jobs at Techcyte.
A few days after the final interview, I was sent a polite rejection email. The entire process took less than two weeks and was conducted remotely via zoom.
