      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Techcombank (Ciudad Ho Chi Minh)

      Entrevista

      I have taken 2 rounds but had to cancel interview due to high level of disrespect shown to me. First round face to face with a lead engineer asking technical questions and introducing team and infrastructure. He was not really happy with his boss when mentioning about work environment and processes. Second round is about homework. Assignment is building REST API to calculate percentile. The format of the homework is sent via text in an email with 2 colors of texts, really unprofessional. I finished it within few hours and sent to them in a weekend. Only one of the leader reviewed and sent feedbacks to me, but no final conclusions. When asked, HR just replied still waiting for other leaders and department head to feedback, and I waited for nearly 1 month. Meanwhile, HR kept introducing me to other departments and jobs, what the heck? Finally, I ended the waiting when she said she pushed the leaders a lot but no replies yet. Really if they do not need people or work unprofessionally like that, why do they want to hire more? Candidates spent time to do the work but they just threw it out the windows with silence. At least if candidate is not matched, send them emails. Do not waste your time here, from first impressions, they are very disrespectful to candidates as well as very unprofessional in the process.
