Overall a wonderful process. I was coming from a company that was a client of TechMD's and so I knew a couple of the IT team through my interactions with them. Unfortunately what I read on here was not the best as I looked at TechMD, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that this company really does seem to have it together. They have a very big emphasis on developing their people and making sure that they are learning and growing (they do paid trainings and even pay for first rounds of certs) and also they have a strong tribe mentality among the tech guys where they all band together to help each other out. In some ways I was bummed that something better came along and I passed this company up.
