Through Naukri, i got a call and thus joined for interview. We need to install zoom for their interview invite which idk what is special there when Teams or google meet is so simple. Taken L1 interview and Interviewer came late after 10mins and he was very much unprepared as well. He wants me to open some random link to write code so that he can sit idle. None of the links worked in my system. He was searching for tough interview questions in chatgpt , he forgot to mute someone of colleague is saying don't open chatgpt inside ODC. 1hr interview, he came late by 10mins and then in between he picked twice for some call though he is sitting inside Office. Such a garbage interview and feel this is how Tech Mahindra operates with such employees. No wonder, Tech Mahindra keep posting Loss every Quarter on Quarter.
