Interview process was smooth and easy. Will give 5 star for the selection process. Personally it was a great experience. The HR are also very cooperative and will help in every aspect

Entrevista
First they'll take normal interview in which basic questions are asked about yourself, your education experience etc
Then an aptitude test taken.
If you clear it then you'll be selected
After that they discuss salary with you and will tell breifly about the profile and process.
If you agree to it then they will give you joining within week.

Entrevista
Start with typing speed test, then 3 series of different tests, after you have passed those tests, you will be interviewed by recruitment specialist, if you agree with the salary stated, you will proceed with two final interviews. then, if you were selected by the last interviewer, he/she will hand down the checklist of requirements that will be submitted only for a week, after you accomplished their initial requirements, you will signed an agreement, something a "bond agreement" then wait for their call. i been called after 2 months, and the training was set for a week only and no matter what you will start prod in the floor.
