Entrevista
I was asked to submit the resume and wait outside and then I was called inside for the interview.
The interviewer was very polite and asked me to relax and calm down before proceeding with the further conversation as I was a bit nervous.
Then I was asked to introduce myself followed by delivering speech on two different topics and the rest rounds were taken via telephone.

In first round of interview they are screening candidates based on communication skills,later conduct 4 rounds of interview on communication skills by giving random topic

Then after we had to write versant test in which we need to score 60%.Then only they continue our hiring process otherwise disqualified.
