The interview lacked a bit in formal structure and objectiveness. The questions were repetitive and seemed a bit improvised. I felt that the interviewer was a bit hard too please and not very open to new ideas.

My first ever interview so i was a bit anxious.At first , i had one call to let me know more about the company's culture and so that they get some feedback from me.The second interview was one video call of about 30 minutes from two team leaders,who were really kind and helpful.They asked some things about me and my thoughts on my future and they let me know what would be my responsibilities if i got the job, so it was something like a personality check mostly.The third and last interview was again a video call(via blizz as before) with the two team leaders 1 hour long and focused more on practical skills via examples.Altogether , was a great experience ,i am very glat meeting those people who helped me a lot all the way , i am really eager to get started
