It was for a Mandarin & Cantonese speaking role. The interview was with 2 sales team leader (for English speaking & Mandarin speaking portion) with the interview done in English and there were 2 role plays, mandarin one conducted by them and then a Cantonese speaking team member interviewed me for the role play in Cantonese. I had no issues with the interview, but felt like the role play was really extremely unfair to me as they are were well aware that I had no technical experience in IT space so I was struggling throughout the role play to properly sell the product due to that. They were impressed with the interview but didn't offer me a role there as they said there won't really be a huge focus on training as they prefer someone who can hit the road running - that's actually really unfair and if so, don't bother interviewing inexperienced people (in terms of IT knowledge)
