I have gone through two phases of recruitment. First, phone interview, more formal one and the next one was conducted online with more technical questions. I was asked to tell about myself and my background and answer few questions regarding the position and underlying requirements and job responsibilities.

It was a friendly yet professional interview that made me feel comfortable while still focusing on important aspects of the role. The questions were relevant, thoughtful, and well chosen in my opinion.
