The interview process was well structured and streamlined. The first step was a short call with HR, which involved preliminary discussions about my skill set and work experience, after which I was called for an on-site interview process. The on-site interview process included two back-to-back rounds in one go. These rounds were focused on coding, debugging, problem-solving, knowledge of Python, agentic AI concepts, and system design. Post this, the final round was a video-based round focusing deeply on agentic AI system design. Everyone I met in the interview process was very professional, and the interview process overall was very nice and enjoyable.
