I recently interviewed for the Level 2 Tech. role, and the experience was less than ideal. The first round was fairly standard, lasting around 45 minutes, with relevant questions focused on my experience and technical skills. This round went well, and I was informed that I had cleared it. However, the second round with the Director and the Head was quite different. Despite being told there was nothing specific to prepare for, this round felt unstructured and confusing. It lasted over an hour, and the questions were technical, but with no clear focus. The Director seemed confused at times, which made the process even more frustrating. It felt like they were unsure of what they wanted to assess. To top it off, after asking if I was available to join as early as the following week, they completely ghosted me. No updates, no feedback—just silence after that. Overall, the process was disappointing and unprofessional, especially after investing significant time and energy.
