This is for the Newtown PA location.
First interview was with the President and CEO. 30 minutes.
Second was an hour-long exam of about 30 questions. Most questions were related to Active Directory Roles, Customer Communications, networking, general trouble shooting, and customer communications. There are a few basic CCNA test questions as well in regards to networking.
Third was an hour long interview with their technical team leads. During this time I learned the role would involve more customer support than project work as previously indicated, with the title Remote Services Engineer.
