I applied through Indeed and was contacted via email to engage in a phone interview. The phone interviewer neglected to call me on the day that we had arranged, and we had to reschedule for a day later that week. When she finally called, it seemed as though she was regurgitating a script (in response to questions I had about the company). She seemed rather impatient and condescending when it came to responding to questions I had. Pay range was low, especially for the DC metro area (starting at $38k). I was told that I would be contacted the next week with an update, and was never contacted again.

The overall interview experience with Team Velocity was great. Their responses were fast and never left me waiting around. After one day of initial contact I had a response and by day two they had already set up a phone interview with me. Within a week they were able to keep in touch with me and set up an in-person interview. From the initial contact to the final job offer it took a total of 9 days. Neither interview was like a typical job interview, it was fun! I didn't get many of the standard interview questions, the majority were unique and really interesting. The in-person interview was the best, when I arrived I was immediately greeted with a nice welcome and anyone who came up to me was very polite and friendly. After the interview I was guided around the office to meet people and I really enjoyed the people and the environment. Like another review on here said, they tell it how it is. They are very transparent and don't try to hide anything from you. They don't beat around the bush but they aren't mean about it. I was able to get the full experience and I really enjoyed all of it.
