Applied online. Received any required additional support completing the application. Called for interview in the London offices. Assessment centre had a number of rounds. 1-to-1 competency based interview, group case study, teaching a lesson to two adults acting as children.

Really thorough and enjoyable. Felt like I had the opportunity to put my best foot forward. Not competitive and instead really inclusive.
All the assessors really cared and I felt really supported throughout the day and run up.
Wrote 5 200 word competency based questions.
Then asked for an assessment centre. One group interview when you are asked to solve a problem as a group. You are then asked to reflect on how you interacted within the group. Interview between yourself and one interviewee. Mock lesson in front of three recruiters acting as children.
Phone interview
Assessment centre - Long day containing a one-to-one competency based interview, followed by group case study and teaching of a lesson to adults acting as challenging children. Also assessed through interactions with other applicants
