The interview process was straight forward. He has to do with your previous experience with Microsoft products. Boldness and competence is a very important factor during the interview process. During the interview process, you will learn alot of things as well.

The first stage of the interview is usually physical, and you are expected to come with several means of identification the do an assessment, more like technical and IELT assessment.
Employment process started with a call interview from HR asking some
Basic questions on the applied role then was invited for an onsite test which includes Technical questions, Oral test and Typing test. You ll know if you pass as the other tests are dependent on passing the first technical test.

The hiring process was easy and fast, consisting of a technical interview followed by a manager interview. The entire process was completed smoothly, and I received a final decision within a two-week period.
