*HR to assess communication and discuss salary
Employees are tested on overall communication and how well they're able to handle problems out of their comfort zone.

Entrevista
There was the initial aptitude test on amcat-with questions from computer programming,english,maths and reasoning.Then there is a technical interview and an HR interview.The technical interview was difficult and she took her phone and went away two times during the interview.Sometimes your fate depends on who interviews you.

Entrevista
The drive was meant to be a of 3 phase process ie 1) aptitude test 2) Technical interview 3) HR interview .
The AMCAT aptitude test was pretty okay and i was selected for the further phases.
On the day of interview, they informed us that they will be having a Group Discussion with no elimination. I did pretty well in the GD.
Up next was tech interview, i cleared that and was selected for HR round.
