Biased. Indifferent. I was an internal candidate with over 10 years experience leading the portfolio with unique marketing programs and was treated like my accomplishments - which were many - didn't matter to the VP interviewing me. I even trained and mentored the two previous Marketing Directors in the location to which I was applying.
