Video call, however no video on their end when call began, made for an strange nterview where you struggled to get a feel of what they were looking for but just about the contents of the job rather than what kind of person they were looking for
The interview process was a bit hectic. The online written test included questions based upon technical as well as logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude as well. Out of 45 eligible students nearly 25 were selected for the Group discussion and finally 10 for personal interview. 3 final selects were chosen from the 10 interview people to work as interns in tata steel.

Competency phone based intereview questions, generally not very diffiucult if you prepare. May be useful to have notes, after all it was a phone interview and prepare answers to common questions.
