IQ/Intelligence test is very easy from set of 70 question they ask same every time
further there interview process is very irregular and adhoc
Technical is not tough.. but they emphasize mainly on communication skills and attitude towards work

Ask the same four questions in different ways. It is done thru teams, with web camera. A lot of waiting to see if you did well. They will not have their camera on.

3 rounds of interview followed by HR rounds. level of difficulty was increased from one level to another . Most of basics questions were asked followed by STAR type of questions. Questions related to management also asked.
