in the first round for telecom, i was said declared rejected, as i was not sacrifice my work life balance
later in the second round, i was selected by banking team, where i was offered the time flexibility and to work on recent ui technologies

I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.

3 rounds . First one being mostly technical. 2nd with team lead and manager mostly asking for preferred location and wfo policy. Last one is salary negotiations with HR. Offer letter is rolled out few days/weeks post interview process.
