I applied online, and then got a phone interview first, after a week I got an on-site interview with senior accountant, CFO and HR, it takes about 30 mins with each person, overall friendly, common questions, introduce yourself, why do you want to work here, what makes you fit for this position, your long-term goal and short term goal, strength etc.
